1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Aetherstack's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Service Provision
Aetherstack provides web development services using Spring Boot, React, and Node.js. All project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in a separate service agreement for each project.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing starts at ₹1,000 for frontend and ₹3,000 for full-stack services. Final quotes depend on project complexity. Hosting and domain costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, Aetherstack retains ownership of any pre-existing code and frameworks used. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the final delivered product for its intended purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aetherstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any delays in project delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
